Tom & I agree Martha Brown is a top notch "real estate lady". From market analysis to settlement she did everything right. Her marketing, advertising, open houses, brokers' open, visual tour, brochures, etc. were handled in a professional way.

To meet our committment in Pennsylvania we were all operating with a short time frame and Martha's low-key, calm demeanor was reassuring to a couple of nervous nelly sellers. There could have been some glitches after the buyer's home inspection but Martha always managed to find a solution to any potential problem.
