Welcome

Welcome to my Annapolis MD. real estate website.

If you already live in Annapolis or one of the surrounding communities you already know how special Annapolis Md is. If you are new the area or are just starting to think about moving here then boy do I have alot to share with you.

I love Annapolis MD. I was born and raised here and have raised my own family here as well. And during the course of living here I have lived in many homes throughout the area. Lets see, Annapolis, Eastport, Riva, Arnold, Pasadena, Crownsville, Crofton and Davidsonville.  Lets just say that moving was something my family and I enjoyed doing. Right now I live in Davidsonville which is just about 15 minutes outside Annapolis MD. It's the last stop before the retirement condo on the water.

Annapolis MD offers so much to do within it's boundaries and yet is only two and half hours from either the shores of the Atlantic Ocean or the mountains of western MD.

When growing up Annapolis MD was just a small waterfront town with work boats at its harbor and fish mongers at it's docks. It was, and still is, home to the State Capital,  US Naval Academy and St Johns College. Over time the work boats and fish mongers disappeared and Annapolis became known as the US Sailboat Capital. It is here, that every fall, we hold the US Sailboat and US Powerboat Shows.

Years ago many of our sleepy waterfront neighborhoods were the playgrounds and summer homes for many living and working in Washington DC and Baltimore. Upon the opening of the first Cheaspaeake Bay Bridge all that changed and today those same wonderful communities are now year round residents for all who love Annapolis.

Our lifestyle here is as eclectic and diverse as the people who have made Annapolis MD home and with over 500 miles of shoreline it is the very reason that so many are drawn to our area. We offer waterfront homes, homes with water priviledges, farms, woods, planned communities, condos and townhouses. There is no want of a perfect lifestyle that will meet your needs. And we are a great commuting area for Washington DC and Baltimore.

Though I started my journey through life in a totally different profession real estate had always been calling my name. So in 1992 I took the steps to become a licensed Realtor in the State of Maryland and have never looked back.

It has been a wonderful journey and one I love to share with all I meet so if you are in the market to buy or sell real estate in Annapolis MD or it's surrounding communities I am here to help. But first.... take some time and cruise this Annapolis MD website. You will not only learn about Annapolis MD but you will be able to tour many neighborhoods and events that makes us such a wonderful place to call home.

Since real estate is my passion I have also added some cool links and helpful articles on real estate. And of course I am here to help and answer any questions you may have. No obligation of course. I love Annapolis and I love real estate so ask away.
